About this policy

This policy applies only to subscriptions purchased directly on our website. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by their billing and refund rules.

Refund Policy Rules

1.1 Eligibility

You qualify for a refund if:

• you purchased your subscription directly through our website; and
• you contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date.

1.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@thesparkmood.com from the email address associated with your account.

Response time: We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

1.3 What Is Not Covered

Our Refund Policy does not apply:

• to purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other third-party platform;
• to requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date;
• to duplicate requests, or where an active dispute or chargeback for the same purchase is already in progress; or
• where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or bad-faith use of the guarantee.

1.4 Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. Where the law gives you stronger rights, those rights will apply.

General Refund Rules

Outside our Refund Policy and any legal rights described in this Section, fees you have paid are generally non-refundable.

However, we may review exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis where fairness or customer care supports doing so.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

2.1 EU / EEA Residents

If you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of entering into the agreement.

If you requested immediate access to the service and acknowledged that doing so may affect your withdrawal right, your refund may be reduced in proportion to the service already provided before your withdrawal request, as permitted by applicable law.

Important note on digital access

When you make a purchase of a single item of digital content (such as a PDF file), you expressly agree that such content is made available to you immediately, and you, therefore, lose your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 UK Residents

If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, on the same terms as described in Section 2.1 above.

2.3 Brazil Residents

If you are a resident of Brazil, you may cancel your purchase within 7 days of the date of purchase and receive a full refund.
